sis6 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sis6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of all services, products, features and content available on sis6, including through the sis6 Android app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the sis6 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing sis6 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the sis6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a sis6 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sis6 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, accounts on behalf of third parties, and accounts created for the purpose of professional gambling syndicates are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested.
• You must not already hold an active sis6 account. Each player is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts in breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from the platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by sis6 following a breach of these Terms.

sis6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility requirements at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3Account Security and Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sis6 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must notify sis6 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

sis6 will never contact you to request your password, whether by email, phone, SMS or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from sis6 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not the activity was conducted by you personally. sis6 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, sis6 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address and payment method ownership. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Verification is a one-time requirement — once your account has been successfully verified, future withdrawals do not require the same level of documentation unless your circumstances change significantly or sis6 has reason to conduct additional checks.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on sis6 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied to deposits or withdrawals made through sis6's supported payment methods.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as updated from time to time

Deposit funds are credited to your sis6 account promptly following confirmed payment. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals require the account to be fully verified before funds are released. sis6 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.

5Bonuses and Promotions

sis6 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are clearly stated alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all sis6 bonuses unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• sis6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, misuse or where the offer has been made in error.
• Attempts to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or bonus stacking through duplicate accounts — will result in the voiding of the bonus and related winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the sis6 sports betting section are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market. For cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other international fixtures — the relevant match rules and settlement procedures are detailed in the Bet section of the platform.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all sis6 products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and server availability. sis6 cannot guarantee that in-play bets will always be available during live events.
• sis6 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including where incorrect odds, lines or markets have been published due to a technical error or human mistake.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each market are displayed during bet placement and may vary by sport, market type and event.
• Casino and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. sis6 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and table equipment in the studio, subject to independent oversight by the game provider.

sis6 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or gaming session at its reasonable discretion, particularly in the event of suspected exploitation of technical errors.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis6 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from duplicate accounts
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or the concealment of proceeds from illegal activity
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any platform feature — including games, betting markets or payment systems
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other competitive game format
• Abusing or threatening sis6 staff, customer support representatives or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the platform
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
• Any form of matched betting, arbitrage or systematic exploitation of bonus offers

8Responsible Gaming

sis6 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

We encourage all players to:

• Set a personal budget for gaming entertainment and stick to it — only play with money you can genuinely afford to spend
• Use the deposit limit tool to set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit into your account
• Set session time reminders so that you are aware of how long you have been playing
• Take regular breaks from gaming rather than playing for extended uninterrupted sessions

9Account Suspension and Closure

sis6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In the event of account suspension, sis6 will:

1. Notify the player by email to the address registered on the account (unless doing so would compromise an investigation)
2. Conduct an internal review of the activity that triggered the suspension
3. Communicate the outcome of the review and any next steps to the player

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited, particularly where the breach involved fraud, duplicate accounts or bonus abuse. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, the remaining balance will be returned through the player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their sis6 account voluntarily can do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the sis6 platform — including but not limited to the sis6 logo, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks and all other materials — is the intellectual property of sis6 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over any sis6 content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any sis6 content without prior written permission. You may not use the sis6 name, logo or branding in any context — including social media, promotional materials or third-party websites — without explicit authorisation.

11Limitation of Liability

sis6 operates the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance windows and unexpected technical issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted, sis6 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, including missed in-play betting opportunities during cricket or other live events
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place bets or play games, including expected but unrealised winnings
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside sis6's direct control
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any nature arising from platform use

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data

sis6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, during KYC verification, and during normal platform use such as bet history and transaction records.

13Changes to These Terms

sis6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on their account. Continued use of the platform after the notification date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently updated. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically so that you are always aware of the current rules governing your account and use of the platform.

Where you do not agree to an update, you have the right to close your account before the updated Terms take effect, and any balance will be returned subject to completion of the standard verification process.
